Devina has over 20 years of experience in education and international development, with a focus on sustainability, capacity building, and community-driven change.
Prior to joining the Anambas Foundation, she worked with various organizations to expand access to education and build partnerships across sectors.
She holds an MBA in Sustainability from ITB and a degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia, and is passionate about aligning conservation with community resilience.
