Irwan worked in the oil and gas industry in Anambas for 14 years before shifting his focus to environmental sustainability.
With the support of Anambas Foundation, he established a waste bank in Piasan Village and joined the Foundation in 2024.
He now promotes circular economy practices and environmental education in North Siantan.
