Rahmat Hidayat studied food technology for his Bachelor’s Degree, and worked in community assistance for an agricultural programme in Anambas Islands.
In 2018, he took part in developing the Foundation’s Organic Farming programme in Telaga. In 2022, he officially joined the Foundation in his current position, overseeing the implementation of the Integrated Waste Management (IWM) programme in Palmatak.
